Queries are clarified by phone. Own errors are pointed out. Info new product: a C7 Epic sample jersey at 50% - colleagues are very impressed!!! Commitments and delivery times are met. Always reachable by phone. Preliminary sending of the design for final check and approval. Possibility to design special jerseys yourself (e.g. now for our long-distance ride in June 2026). We remain a loyal customer (for over 15 years??).
